Diamond Appraisal in the Setting?

GettingEngaged Rough Rock Total Posts: 21 Last Post: 4/5/2005 Member Since: 1/12/2005	I would like to have an appraisal done to tell me the basics of the diamond I just bought, specifically that this diamond matches the GIA certificate it comes with. Can I have the diamond in its setting to do this? Thanks.
