Yes, the only place they're sold to my knowledge is this store. They're not cheap - I can't give any kind of real estimate for that setting, but when I was in there I asked about a setting I liked. It was fairly ornate, with some detail and stones in the band, but not huge real sidestones or anything. I remember it being in the $6000 - $7000 range for the setting. Again, different ring and total ballpark, but I think you're looking at at least $5000 for any setting from there, because none of them are really plain, simple designs.
