I know everybody has put messages out there about how to do it. But I can't seem to get it working. The file I saved is from my digital, and has the extension JPEG. But, still it will not upload after clicking on attach file. Is it because i haven't reduced it to 50% I tried to find the option to reduce it to 50% in the picture program, and i don't see one. any ideas? Im trying to load my Tacori ring to ask if you think the prongs should be thinned alittle, it's appearing alittle bulky. |

You can use a photo editing program to reduce the size or crop the picture. Either one should work. I think you can even do it in Microsoft Paint, which should be standard on computers running Windows.
