 		How do you find the perfect caterer to cater your wedding reception? ');" alt="Insert smilie " src="http://www.pricescope.com/idealbb/images/smilies/18.gif" border=0>   You call "Perfect Affairs Catering Company" in Virginia Beach (408-1987).  You choose an almost impossible venue to present food (France Land House), one with no kitchen to speak of and then fill the room with 100 people making it almost impossible to move.  Now, how do you feed all these folks?  We don't know, but Hy Dress sure does!  Our daughter Sarah was married on Saturday December 11, 2004 after we had to rush up our plans due to her fiancee Army Lt. Harley J.,  being transfered to Texas and very soon going to Iraq.  We gave Hy an impossible job and without a doubt he does the impossible.  His food, his service, his cooperation, his attention to detail and his ability to keep the "party going" was remarkable. His staff was beyond compare and we can not find the words to express how wonderful he handled the most important day in our daughters life.  We can only close with this statement:    NO ONE CAN DO THE JOB FOR YOUR AFFAIR THAT HY CAN!  CALL HIM!  The price, the food and the service, as far as we are concerned, cannot be touched by anyone in this business!
