 		Chris,

Did you check under 'resources' above?  If you click on 'resources' a list of appraisers comes up.  You then choose your state.  I know that does not give you any personal recommendations, but it would be a start!

Hopefully someone in that area will see this post and help you out!!

So Tuesday is the big day, huh!!  How exciting!!
