Hay, I put my profile up and no word. I could use some help. I want to make sure that this diamond i'm looking at is not only a great diamond but also a great price. Let me know if it's to high of a price. The report seemed to be made 3/22/2002 Shape:Rectangular Modified Brilliant Lab:GIA Messurements:7.28x4.50x2.99 Would this be to long? Weight:0.82 Proportions Depth:66.4% Table:68% Girdle:Thick Is this bad for the diamond? Culet:None Finish Polish:Very Good Symmatry::Very Good Clarity:VS1 Color:G Fluorescence:None It also has no comments. $2460.00 with free ship. Thank Q. |

Looks like a good price. Information on Princess or Rectangular Modified Brilliant. The length to width ratio of a princess cut diamond is a matter of personal preference and not graded Check out the information David Atlas has on Princess cut at: http://www.gemappraisers.com/chrt4.htm You might want to send him the diamond or get some sarin results to compare to his grading scale. The thick girdle is not bad it just adds unnecessary weight. |
