 		 diamond is a .80 carat, princess cut, E/VS2, gia certified, shape/cut is square modified brilliant, depth is 73.9%, table is 73%, no fluorescence, girdle is medium to slightly thick and this stone has one extra facet and feathers which are all located near the edge of the stone. I was quoted  a price of about 3,180 for the stone. Should I buy this?

 		I wish I could help, but I don't really know enough about princess cuts

Do any of the feathers break the surface of the stone? That might pose a durability problem.
