Here's her feedback: They showed me some nice stones in house and Troy was very helpful. He was the first one to show me stones to compare color, clarity, etc. Spent a good amount of time with me and answered all of my questions. When I first went to him I knew nothing and most likely did not ask all of the questions I should have. After I recieved my WF stone, I set up another appt to see him b/c he had one particular stone that was gorgous and I wanted to see if it the WF stone measured up. If his stone was signifcantly better I would have considered buying theirs instead. Before I went to him i asked him for a sarin and a Bscope on that particular diamond. When I met with him again, he had ran a sarin but no Bscope or anything similar. He then proceeded to tell me that all of those types of tests were not as important as how the diamond looked to my untrained eye. He also looked at my stone and proceeded to tell me all of the things that were wrong with it. That was a big turn off to me. Their stone was roughly 1k more than what I paid and the differences in the two stones was not big enough for me to give up my WF. All in all, it came down to price and the uneasy feeling I got from being told I made the wrong choice with the stone I had already picked out.

We've bought a diamond from them today...they're setting it in my provided setting and are including a full appraisal for me for free....I was also given the GIA report to bring back to them tomorrow (when I pick up the ring) to ensure that the diamond set is indeed mine...
