You do not give a color grade for stone #3.

At first glance, I would go for the larger stone (#2) which is still very nice at SI1, F color.
However, if you are someone who wants to go according to the HCA scores, despite #2's "Ideal" status, it scored a 3.2 on the HCA (VG, G, G, VG).

Stone #3 scored a 3.4 (VG, G, G, VG).

Stone #1, although had to use %ages and not angles since they weren't provided but angles are supposed to provide more accurate info, scored a 0.8!  Ex, Ex, Ex & VG.
This stone also has some Fluor which will make your F look even "whiter" (although I dont think it should be a concern with F color).  Also, this stone has a medium girdle which is good.  You haven't specified the girdles on the other stones.

So, it depends on how important the HCA is to you.  Also, have you seen these stones?  Do they visually appear different in terms of size?  What about other visual impressions?

sorry about the missing info.
Stone 3 is color F
the girdle on stone 1 is medium, Faceted, on stone 2 it says 1.0 to1.5% and stone 3- 1.0 to 1.7%

i have seen all 3 stones in person but not at the same time, i saw  2 and 3 at the same time and they looked pretty close.i wish i could see 1 and 3 at the same time to see if the cut of stone one makes up for the SI1 grade.

thanks again for the help

There are many reputable stores on the web. If you post your budget, I could suggest some nice F SI1 ones to look at.
