 		Has anyone actually bought from them? I've been in contact with one person on this forum who has, but I'm looking to receive as much advice and as many personal accounts as I can. What are the advantages and disadvantages, and do they really help you out over email and make you feel like you're being taken care of by experts?

I'm in Canada so the cross-border shipping and tax/duty thing may be more trouble than it's worth. I just want to ascertain whether the extra hassle is warranted by top-notch service that can't be gotten anywhere else.
