Seems to be a "fair" price. Maybe a little more looking with a table of 60% or less and a very good on the polish. May find this for a similar price or slightly more. The bearman |

Hi alamo Have you read the PS knowledge section at the top of the page? That should help you determine what you should be looking for in a well-cut RB.Something like this ERD .91 F SI2 for $3132 might be worth asking Mark for a sarin report... ...and this WF ACA would be just under $3200 w the PS discount .806 H SI1. Good luck

The HCA chart below says that certain proportions (= combinations of crown and pavilion angles) work beautifully for the 59% depth & 62% table combination. The easiest way to know if that diamond in particular is a happy case would be to get and use one Ideal Scope, IMO. The other way would be to ask an appraiser's opinion while you can still return the diamond. ![]() Ana "The greatest experts are only as good as the sum total of what they have seen." Thank you for the input ..... I am trying to find the biggest dimension diamond with the best eye catching qualities. I am plugging thins into the cut advisor on pricescope. I am worried that with all of this wonderful knowledge that I am getting to picky in my selection. I wanted to spend between $3000 - $3500 and would like to get near 6.4mm. Thanks again Chris

I looked around a little more & found this ERD stone similar to the stone you posted (tho crown/pav angles are missing - Mark could run a sarin) .92 G SI2. Also, there's this WF "list" diamond - I don't normally post EGL stones but maybe WF would be able to check it out for you to make sure it's really a H & an eye-clean SI2 & run a sarin (I'm not sure if they do this w their list diamonds but it couldnt hurt to ask)? 1.03 H SI2. If you pay in cash & with the PS discount, it'd come to about $3550.![]() _______________________________________ |
