 Green catseye sapphire found! Any advice?

 		I've just spent a few months in the Anakie sapphire fields in Australia and found a stone that cut a 3 carat green cats eye sapphire.

Has anyone had any experience with chatoyancy in sapphires?
Does anybody know as well the rarity or value of these stones?
Is there an existing market for chatoyant sapphires?

As well I found two 12-rayed star sapphires.
One of them is black crystal with bronze and silver legs, the other is half-black, half-blue.
Any information about those as well would be very helpful!
