 		for a very desirable cut like AGSO-- or equivalent cuts that score high on the holloway cut advisor, how much relative to rap should you expect to pay?

Are you expecting to pay well above rap for such a good cut?

Or, is it reasonable to possibly get it near or below rap?

I'm looking for 1.2-1.3, F-G, VS1-2

I don't know about RAP but it's easy to do your own comparison on cut premiums
 
select carat range 1-1.49
Look at the ave cost per carat for your color and clarity at the different cuts.  I.e. for F VS2
H&A - 7358
1A - 6798
1B - 6569
2A - 6158

 		in the retail market locally, it seems that the numbers i'm getting range from 8-24% more per carat than the respective numbers on pricescope's price stats for the same cuts and grades. Should I expect the retailers to come close to the numbers on pricescope?
