Hi guys, I have been lurking here educating myself and I think that I'm now ready to make an informed decision. I have about $3000 to $3500 to spend so what do you guys think of this stone? http://www.goodoldgold.com/0_758ct_g_si1_h%26a.htm My lady isn't at all fussy and doesn't really care about brand (she'd much rather have 30 pairs of $10 shoes than 1 pair of $300 shoes) so I'm not worried about her having any expectations (I'm not involving her in this as I want it to be a total surprise). I am the opposite though (I'd rather have a single pair of $300 good quality shoes than 30 pairs of $10 crappy shoes) which is why I was going to go to Tiffany or Lazare and buy myself something with a name and an assurance of quality. I don't like getting ripped off simply for a name though so I think that that above stone is the right balance between quality and value for money... Your advice will be much appreciated!  |

The medium blue fluorescence on that I should make it face up whiter than a I without fluorescence.
