 buying diamond upgrade tomorrow

 		I am choosing between two diamonds tomorrow and need expert opinion. They are both princess cut stones.

The first one is 2.02 Ct. solitaire and is slightly rectangular with a LTW ratio of 1.08.

The second one is 2.04 ct. solitaire and is square with a LTW ratio of 1.01.

My question basically is does the LTW ratio affect the brilliance/fire etc. of the diamond?
