I really like IceStore.com - please share all good and bad about this site. The more information the better.

Welcome to PS.
In terms of the Ins and outs, I would strongly suggest that you go through the advanced tutorial(go to the top of the page, put your pointer on "Knowledge" and then choose "Advanced tutorial." Just about everything you will need to become knowledgeable about diamonds is in there.

If you put the words "Ice Store," "icestore," and "icestore.com" into the search box at the top of the forums page, you will find information on that vendor.
