Sort of a continuation from my other thread since I didn't receive any replies... I did purchase the ring from this place. However, they only had the mini-cert from EGL-USA, which doesn't contain any of the information that I need to run it through the cut advisor. The website says it was cert'd before 2001 so that's why it's not online. Is anyone able to get the full details for me if I give them the stone number? I'm hoping someone knows someone at EGL; my e-mails have gone unanswered. |

EGL-USA will upgrade reports from the small document you have called a 'consultation' to their major document called a 'diamond quality report' for a relatively reasonable fee. Ring them up and I'm sure they will be happy to talk to you about it. The number to call is on the consultation. Reports prepared prior to 2001 are not available online. Naturally, this upgrade policy only applies to reports that were prepared at that lab. There are several other EGL's around the world that they won't be able to do this with.
