That looks beautiful! The slight leakage around the girdle is pretty standard for ideal cut stones, and many people feel that -as long as it's slight like here- it can enhance the 'on-off' sparkle effect along the edge, a good thing. The white points in between the arrows remind me of the Venus by Infinity stone I looked at, which was to die for. Again, looks like a fantastic stone. What are the rest of the specs? quaeritur |

Wacky, would you mind sharing the reasoning behind your statement? Thanks.

Here's that stats I, VS2 1.06ct Ex polish Ex symetry Crown 35.1 Pav 40.7 Table 6.51-6.56X4.05 Gird. thin-thick It got a 1.4 on the hca. Do you think the table is on small for its size?

I'm betting those dimensions are the diameter of the stone -and they're perfect for that carat weight! The table should be listed as a percentage of the total diameter. Probably somewhere in the mid-50% range... quaeritur |

---------------- That is certainly a good ideal scope shot... Nice stone in my opinion.

I believe that IS image may be JUST barely off plum for that stone... alternatively there could be a slight slope to the crown.... is it possible to post the hearts as well... it looks like it has outstanding symmetry (if I am correct on my first assumption)..... looks nice in either case though.

Wonderlost I think it’s just the table that is not totally parallel to the lens. It’s not that easy to get perfect alignment. I managed to get a nice set of trays from Gary’s company Precious Metals that work really well for this type of work Johan Diamond Exchange Ltd. (Australia) |
