 Buying a princess cut need input please(new)

 		I am looking at a Princess cut stone,
with following specs:


Meas: 5.46x5.81x3.83
Weight: 0.96 carat
Depth: 70.2%
Table: 73.5%
Girdle: ?
Cutlet: 0.1%
Polish: Good
Sym: Good
Clarity: Si1
Color: F
Faint Flores.
Pavil Depth 58.9%
Crown hgt. 8.5%

These specs are generated(in house) not gia,egl etc. I am going to have them verfied elsewhere,Dealer seems trustworthy. If their was a accompanying GIA report i would not verfiy specs.

Are these halfway decent specs, and price of $3.1K seem resonable.
Stone looks really good in person.

 		Tbl01, you're right the numbers look nice (AGA class 2B ). The price sound reasonable for similar certified diamonds.

It is very important that you like the diamond and feel comfortable with the jeweler. What else can I say :)

You might want to get independent appraisal?
