 Do you tip your vendors?

 		Hi all,
I was wondering if any of you have, or are planning to, tip your vendors. Band? Photographer? Florist even? I know our reception place 'suggests' we tip our maitre de, but what about the other folks?

 		Usually, the rule of thumb is to tip vendors unless then are the owners, in which case no tip.

 		I tipped: hair/makeup gal, minister, DJ, cake gal.
Did not tip: florist, photographer, caterer.

Caterer billed me later, florist was paid ahead of time. Photographer was a friend, traveled to Hawaii with us and we paid 1/2 his expenses.
