EGL cert get appraisal |

In order for consumer to be confident about buying EGL cert. diamonds, they'd have to have a very good appraisal; otherwise, grading diamonds is a subjective subject. I have heard of GIA diamond graded by independent appraisal at lower grade! What do you suggest consumers do to find reputable appraisal. I know about Dave Atlas but he is not in California, so I either have to ask the internet vendor to send the diamond to Dave for appraisal which would cost me shipping fee, wouldn't it? |
