 		this is the one for $9,00. It is very nice in person too. It seems like a low price for its measurements though.

 		My question to the seller would be this- Why is it being sold as "Brand New" and the GIA Certificate says 8/26/86? To me Brand New means just that. I would wonder why the cert is 18 years old? Is the diamond in the center a return etc? Just a thought.

I personally hate ebay with a passion and don't trust it for jewlry. If you feel you can trust this seller go for it but it doesn't look like a good buy to me.
