Hypothetically, if 2 stones had similar very good cuts and color (E-F), would it be better to go for a 1ct VVS1 or a larger VS1 stone? How much larger would the VS2 option allow me to go for similar dollars?

use the search function on the front page, and you will seee the price / size / $ differences. It is maore than the difference between D and J in many size / color combinations. VVS1 to VS2 is all about what you think, and nothing about what you see, since both look exactly the same unless you use magnification. You can also search by keywords in this forum and get others opinions. Garry Holloway FGAA DipDT |
