Is this an ok diamond for price $3100 First diamond in 10 years never could afford one. Round Ideal .64 ct. F color WS1 61.3% depth table 55% sym/very good polish/excellent medium to thick girdle culet none medium blue fluorescence any suggestions on color, cut and clarity for a good deal?

Well, I'm sure most here will tell you that the crown and pavillion angles are the best measure of cut. As far as the clarity grade, on a diamond that size I'd shoot for a VS2 or an SI1. As long as they are eye clean, you will save money or be able to get a larger stone. Clarity grading is only important if you can see the inclusion... Otherwsie a VVS1 on a round diamond is just putting more money into something you cant see.

depth 61.6% crown 34.6, 15.6 pavillion 41, 43.2 girdle 1.2M-1.7M not quite sure what the second number represents in th gia report what does pinpoint characteristics mean?

It goes crown angle then percentage (same for pavillion). It is well within the ideal range. Very nice diamond! The only thing I'd worry about is the medium blue flourescence. Usually only strong flourescence is a problem, but some can have a little difference in sunlight. If you can examine it, or there is a good return policy, then it is worth checking out.
