He delivers on what he promises and in my opinion, has a high degree of integrity. I was very pleased and would use him again for future diamond or jewlery purchases.

I can't begin to say how please I was with Mark and the whole experience. I posted about it previously on this board and won't repeat it here. Maybe do a search for "enagagement rings direct" and you will find more? Suffice to say that I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Does he have an actual store? or is it like one of those 'booths' at 47th street - where they have like 20 vendors in a giant area and such. i don't know, but things like that are somewhat important to me. if i am investing a ton of money in a diamond, i like to know that i am at a place that puts the same into their appearance/presentation. just my thoughts

IMO, when you do walk into a place like you described, its not necessarily a good thing- usually high markups go hand in hand with that...he is really great to work with, and I am sure if you choose him you will not be dissappointed...good luck

I drove the poor man crazy but he was a pleasure. Ultimately I didn't go with him and went local because the local guy I purchased my smaller pendant from actually had something great for me to trade in with...it would have been crazy not to get my trade in credit. ______________________________ Stewart says: I'm good enough. He had a wider selection of stones then just the ones listed on pricescope and a better selection than other diamond dealers I went to (and he was lot more pleasant). Since he's been in the diamond district for so many years, he knows many of the diamond owners. Also, he doesn't charge you to call a stone in since he's in the diamond district.

I LOVE my sparkly, firey stone that he helped us choose, and the price was great! He helped us come in under budget even though he knew that we could spend a bit more.
