What would I do without this forum? LOOOVE IT! I have narrowed down my search for an engagement ring setting. I am debating whether to get a bead setting or a channel princess cut setting (the center diamond will be round). Now my question is 1) Which setting sparkles more? 2) Which is more durable? 3) Considering the band will be thin (width & height wise), which setting is more suitable? Thanks in advance for all your help!

I personally favor bead set rounds and baguettes in settings.I think the "beading" detail gives an extra sparkle And Texture to the setting vs a channel setting, which is much simpler..invsible look.... Go for the bead set!
