As some of you habitual board readers may remember, I have been trying like mad to find the ritani setting only for my existing stone. Well, today I went to my family jeweler, and he is creating a BEAUTIFUL micropave bezel setting for my diamond. I gave him elements from a couple of different settings that I loved - I told him I wanted the thin bezel and micropave look that the endless love setting had, but that I wanted the stone higher up, like in the tiffany art deco setting, or like the gorgeous Richard Landi setting attached. I wanted the pave only half way around the band.

We are picking up the ring this weekend, and I look forward to sharing it all with you!
