 		Well after several months of lurking and sponging info I'm just about ready to make the leap.

I'm close to deciding on this diamond from Blue Nile and even though I'm a little wiser than I was 2 months ago I would like some expert opinions. I know I'm paying slightly more at BN but I'm more comfortable with them than others.

 		BlueNile has several stones in this price range. I might pick one with an AGSL certificate since then you can see the crown and pavilion angles yourself.

For E VS2, ideal cut stones with AGSL certs they have:

0.81 AGS0 for $4448

0.80 AGS0 for $4393

another 0.80 AGS0 for $4393
(I would recommend this stone out of all of them. It scores a 1.1 on the HCA and spreads bigger than the other AGS0s. It's a tiny bit more than the stone you were looking at, but its cut quality is not a question mark. For example, if all we knew of the stone below was its table and depth percentages, we would label it "ideal" as BN did, but the AGS gives it a cut grade of 1 and the HCA gives it a 3.3 -- not bad, but not super ideal either)

0.83 AGS1 for $4357

0.76 AGS0 for $4089
