WE'll I popped the question last night, and she said yes, since I looked for some advice on this forum, I'd thought I'd post a pic or 2 for you all. Pics are not very good, but you get the idea. It's a Tacori ring diamonds all around, platinum, and a 1 carat in the middle. ![]()

Wow, beautiful! I usually like very simple lines, but that is just lovely in its intricacy. And I love how the stones are perched and so visible. Good job!

Thanks everyone, it was spendy, but after seeing it, no other ring could do what this one does for me, so it had to be this one. No shots from the top, these were hard enough to get, a top shot just wasn't gonna happen with my camera. Ahhh sigh....... a little secret for you guys and gals, the big stone is not real anyways.... not yet anyways..... but you and her are the only people that know that, until we can afford to do it right, I'm just happy to have the ring. So I have some time to do some research and get the perfect stone for the ring. I'm a bit dissapointed I couldn't do it all at once, but if any of you know what these rings run for, you understand. I guess come to think of it I replaced the stone in another ring I bought her, because I liked the setting, so maybe this isn't too bad, par for the course

I love that...center stone isn't real. Cool she was down with that. Gives you the chance to do it right in your own time. Nice idea w/ a girl who understands. Way to go!!!

I was gonna tell my b/f to do that (get the ring with the fake center stone) so I could get a ring on my finger quicker, cuz I thought he'd never ask my parents for my heirloom stone cuz he's a big chicken.. but he finally got the stone.. so hopefully only a few more weeks! |

I wish I knew how to take a pic from the top, it sparkles too much for my camera, and doesn't turn out, it's just one big sparkley blurr maybe I'll figure out how to do it someday, can any one help me here my camera is a Canon S45, with a ton of options I don't know how to work I'm all ears if someone can suggest how to take a better pic of it.
