How do you find a local jeweler who can provide a Sarin or Brilliancescope on a diamond you are interested in. The couple I've asked have looked at me like I'm nuts. Is their a site where you can look this up or do you have to get the yellow pages out and start calling around?

You can go to www.gemex.com for a listing of jewelers that have B'Scope info.

Hi Odinsmom Perhaps a simple solution would be to purchase an Ideal-Scope to view the diamonds. Once you believe you have found a good performer arrange for the store to send it to a good appraiser that has a Sarin if you want the numbers verified. Johan Diamond Exchange Ltd. (Australia) |
