What's the deal with IGI? How reputable are they?

 		I purchased an I1 diamond (already mounted) that was IGI graded. It was not a good diamond and definitely not eye clean (probably because it was an I1). Although I'm not bashing IGI, I know they're not up there with GIA and AGS and I think they do a lot of grading for mall B&M stores. If I had to rate them, they would probably be below EGL. I'm not an expert, just my personal opinion!
