 		Can anyone recommend a good jeweler in Portland, OR? I live in Seattle, but wouldn't mind driving down to Oregon to buy a better engagement ring by saving on Washington's sky-high sales tax...

 		I seem to remember NiceIce saying on their webpage that their hours are sometimes somewhat odd, so you should email and make sure that everything's aligned first. They're great people, I'd go with them.
