I posted this on DT also, so please disregard if you've already read it. I am looking for a Verragio ring, model ENG-0069P, which I've found everywhere, except the one she wants is apparently an old stock version of the current model, seen only once at a jeweler down here. I went there and they have the ring, but terrible selection on diamonds. I can get the semi-mount there and buy the diamond separately, but I would rather it come from one source. The old stock has a raised gold coin type (looks like an old-English embossed wax seal) showing the "V" logo....THIS IS NOT THE INTERIOR ENGRAVING OF THE COMPANY NAME-I know the difference. It is a very unusual feature so I'm trying to describe it as best as possible. When worn, if you look at the underside (palm), the bottom exterior of the shank is not round it has a raised area, almost like it was poorly cut from a mold, if you can visualize. the raised area has the small gold "V" coin with their emblem on it. Please email me at writebrain@adelphia.net if you can help. >>>SIZE 4.5 please<<< |

Maybe a vendor here will respond, but if not, I'm glad that you've found it somewhere. If it is proving hard to find due to being an older model, you might want to jump on it and get the diamond separately.

I can't help you out, but I agree that you should purchase the setting and send it to the vendor you choose to work with to find your diamond. In fact, I would contact the PS vendors and see whether they can get the setting for you, and if not, if they have what you're looking for in a diamond. If they have both, GREAT! If they can get you you're diamond, that's good too. You can always have the diamond vendor set your stone so you still have the setting warranty and everything. Sorry I can't help with your search!
