it's a decent cut stone? it may not be ideal, but at least well cut?
it is always harder to find a "mind clean" stone than a eye clean stone. |

in my unexpert opinion, it would indicate that it had great symmetry if you could see the arrows in a star shape. maybe not that it was the creme de la creme but if you could see THE pattern, i'd tend to think it was probably a pretty nice stone.
