Found this @creativegem . It's not a ruby, but maybe you can photoshop and change the color to red.

Hm... who would chop a clean ruby that much? It may be a good way to bring sparkle into a shallow gem, but I digress And I will even more! While looking for a concave cut rubelite hart I thought I saw online, something else came by. Do you like Free Forms ?

That is the sort of thing that Richard Homer would cut for you on a custom order basis, but not something that he would normally cut.

I was just curious and wanted to see how much the concave cutting would add to a rather bland cut.
While the outline looks kewl on the ones iv seen the LR and flash of the stone left a lot to be desired.
