 Looking for advice 1.79 Princess Diamond GIA Cert?

 		I have received a GIA cert back from a jeweler that I am looking to make a purchase from. Can someone tell me if this is a good stone for a fair price?

I am purchasing it for $7,000.00. The jeweler is saying that with what the cert came back at, I am getting a steal... they said it should have sold for around $11,000.00

Also, under the comments??? Is info. just standard "Key" information or are those key to symbols actually what is in my diamond. I have not seen the actual cert, it was faxed to me... I will be seeing everything on Saturday.

One more thing... Modified does not mean enhanced in any way does it???
