It would appear the stone will be in the asking price range of %5500 to $6500 on Pricescope. Sounds like a nice stone by the measurements.

---------------- Talk of "overwhelming evidence" ... At least in my opinion, those tools are great to rank your stone against what the cut can deliver at it's best, without your having to actually meet dozens of diamonds in person and compare. The Bscope uses a scale built for ovals only, the GemAdviser uses a general scale for all - so it is interesting to see wher this one ranks against it's own kind and the most brilliant shapes aout there ![]() The Ideal Scope shows lots of "pinfire" throughtout and a not very pronounced bow-tie. Nothing bad there. Probably more overall brilliance is achievable among ovals, but not that much more (this is what the Bscope scale says, actually). I wander how does Jonathan select these stones , ovals are not exactly cut for brilliance every day ![]() Ana "The greatest experts are only as good as the sum total of what they have seen." No bow tie? Does the cutter do this on purpose or are the pavillions sitting a bit catty-whompus?
