If you are set on Lucidas( and my wife was and wanted to hear about nothing else) do a search and find some of the threads I posted on Lucidas (with prices). The ideal Lucida will have a 38 degree crown angle (always) and about a 54 degree pav angle. Depth will vary from 65% to 73% and table size will be around 59% to 62%. Look on the Tiffany report at Tiffany for the precision of cut. If it is raed excellent you know you hit the mark for a Lucida. EofT |

---------------- I'm sure vuster will be able to come to his own conclusion about the pricing between B&M & online merchants vs Tiffany & Co. I am just offering my opinions based on my own experience and if I come across the wrong way, I am terribly sorry. Go and see Garry - he'll take care of ya ![]()

Hey! I resemble that remark! I know it's officially Saturday morning now but in Friday Tiffany spirit, I will say that just because I love some branded purses does not mean I spend my money foolishly amongst branded purses. There are some I wouldn't spend the money on and others I would...ones that I could classify as more practical or usable. I also wouldn't necessarily pay retail for a branded purse if I could find a better deal on an authentic item elsewhere. So there is some logic in my purse-loving madness (and diamond-loving!)...it may not necessarily be WORTH it if the purse is too expensive and/or not practical to use. You can see why I wouldn't spend $5k on a .35c stone for any amount of branding in the world! ________________________________ |
