Just a quick reminder to our friends here on PS that we and many of the other dealers who frequent PS will be out of the office for all or part of next week and through the weekend so that we can attend the JCK Trade Show in Las Vegas. So most of us will only be checking our email once or twice per day as opposed to the every three minutes or so that everybody has become accustomed to. Likewise, we won't be around to personally answer calls, but in our particular case, our staff will be in the store to see that orders are processed in our absence.

We're making this statement because we realized that a lot of people might not be aware of the show and might wonder where everybody went next week

Dealers wanting to catch up with us at the show should email us at diamonds@niceice.com or call our cell phone if you have it. We're looking forward to being able to sit down and chat with our friendly competition once again, it's always so much fun to see who's who and to exchange ideas

By the way, you might get a chuckle out of this concept... The most fun we had the last time we attended the show was watching the look on the diamond cutters faces when two or three of us internet dealers (competition) were walking around the show together chatting and having a great time or sitting down for a three hour meal! It absolutely freaks the diamond cutters out to know that we talk! And you KNOW that they think we're talking about them... And we are. But it's way more fun when they ask us later if we were talking about them to say "now why would we be talking about you?" which leaves them really confused.

Remember that if you've been looking for something that is hard to find, let your respective dealers know what you're looking for because it's a great opportunity for them to find it for you, but PLEASE only ask one or two dealers to look for the item for you so that we're not all tripping over one another trying to find it at the show! Nothing is worse than getting a new one ripped by a cutter who has been asked for the same item five times in the last hour by every one of his customers
