i was hoping someone could take a look at these specs and tell me what you think about a diamond i am interested in buying. round brilliant measurements - 6.64-6.70x3.79 mm weight - 1.01 carats depth - 56.8% table - 59% girdle -thin to thick, faceted cutlet- small finish - polish - good symmetry - good clarity - VS2 color grade - I crown angles are less than 30 degrees please send me any feedback you may have or an approximation of how much a diamond like this may cost. thank you- kara |

I'm not sure what it may cost, but a diamond with those parameters may be very brilliant, but will exhibit little to no fire (I think). If you are interested in a stone with a good balance of brilliance and fire you will want to have a steeper crown angle. Maybe greater than 33 degrees or so. I am not an expert but maybe some of the pros will back me up or correct me if I'm wrong.
