Quick question.....for sake of argument lets say a ring was appraised at $10K, do dealers have a specific % at which they sell at based on that price. 60%, 70%???? For the most part, many dealers in North FLA sell appraised diamonds(not necessarily solitaires, clusters, three stone etc...)at 60-65% of what it states on the appraisal. Just wondering if other states and other dealers have any type of status quo in regards to this. Thanks! By the way, I returned that 2.06 carat cheap piece of glass this week so I am now hunting for another "ROCK". Ladeoux
