I am trying to learn as quickly as I can, but some of this is so confusing . . . . I have been trying to read some certificates in light of the tables you have, and I keep coming up with a number under crown which is in the teens. Your HCA and other devices keep showing a figure in the 30s. Help, please! Lynne

probably you see crown height %. It is not very accurate especially if rounded (as in EGL or HRD reports).
