You can get $300-$400 cheaper in the internet.

Fair symmetry - don't know how it affects the look of the stone.

BTW, is it graded by GIA? What about measurements (length to width ratio)?

yes it is graded by GIA.
The measurements are - 6.20 x 5.43 x 3.56 and the ratio is 1.14...
not bad? not good?

GIA is a good news.

Measurements are ok as long as you like the diamond :)

do you mind that it's not going to really be square?
it's going to have a shape similar to this http://www.goodoldgold.com/princess_1_52ct_i_vs2.htm
if you want a square stone, i'd pass on this. if you want it to be square looking, the ratio should be about 1.05 or less. here's a chart to judge princess cut http://www.gemappraisers.com/chrt4.htm (although you really need to work with somebody who can get you the crown numbers to accurately judge, bluenile can't do that)
i know a lot of people go for bluenile, but personally i would never buy from them b/c they can't really give you all the info you need to truly judge a diamond.
a couple really credible vendors that i know for a fact have the equipment to measure a diamond properly are diamondbrokersoffl.com and goodoldgold.com. email them, they have a lot more than what they show on their websites. another advantage they have over bluenile is that they both have lifetime upgrade policies, so if years down the line, you want a bigger better rock, they'll give you 100% credit for what you paid to put towards a new diamond. bluenile is done with you after 30 days.
here are some suggestions from diamondbrokersoffl.com (they can get you the crown numbers):
GIA 1.04 E SI2 5.84*5.51*4.07 D-73.90 T-71 Pol-V Sym-G $3824.94 (ratio 1.06)
GIA 1.02 F SI2 5.52*5.45*4.03 D-73.90 T-72 Pol-G Sym-G $3239.88 (ratio 1.01)
EGL 1.04 F SI2 5.78*5.75*3.94 D-68.50 T-72 Pol-G Sym-G $3249.68 (perfect square)

another piece of advice: try going right under 1 ct. a lot of cutters try to save weight just to hit that carat mark, and don't really pay attention to the sparkle factor. you're a lot better off getting a slightly smaller diamond with a really great cut.
