I know most eternity rings are just headaches. Ok, so i have one...i am noticing that maybe some of my diamonds are a little loose. I think I feel them 'moving' a little when I put my finger on them. If I was to take it to a jeweler, could they even do anything for it? The setting is a bar type setting...round diamond, then a bar, diamond..and so on. (Hope someone understands what I am trying to say ) I like the setting. It is different than the ususal prong setting. But can anyone even 'tighten' this kind up? I'm depressed now! ![]() Help!

Your jeweler should be able to tighten up the stones. I have had rings tightened over the years. It's no big deal. You should have your Ering and eternity band checked & tightened every year routinely anyway.![]() _____________________________________________ Don't breed or buy when homeless pets continue to die. |

Also, Robin and Todd from Nice Ice mentioned a while back that we shouldn't "play" with the diamonds. Feeling the stones with your finger can actually loosen the stone in the setting.
Why use a big word when a diminutive word would be succinct! |
