I been serching for an oval stone for a while now and have found that on-line vendors can offer far better values. However, today I got a reference from a family member who does financial business with a local retailer. So, I went in there and dropped the name and he gave me a price very close to what the on-line vendors offer: Oval Stone 1.34 F/VS2 (looks very clean) GIA Table: 59.5 Depth: 60 P/SYM: VG/G 9.61 x 6.00 x 3.6 $6,500 This seems like a great deal. Was wondering if there's something else I should be looking for, or if the good price has to do with the name drop. |

Nothing wrong with the price. It may be a little shallow, but should have a great spread. You could check the cut with an ideal-scope. Garry Holloway FGAA DipDT |
