claim they can see inclusions. i looked at a SI 1 3+ ct, i can't even see any with a naked eye, even in that size or maybe i'am blind.
it is always harder to find a "mind clean" stone than a eye clean stone. |

Lol, Vtigger, I can't see color. If I can see the inclusions from the side,(even if eyeclean from the top) it will still bug me. I tend to obsessively study my ring from all angles. (I know, I know it's a sickness)![]() I really can't see color though. I wonder which one is a more expensive type of vision? ![]() Shay ______________________________My therapist loves me. ---------------- I could see the inclusions from the side but I just can't see it from top view. If inclusions bothers you, maybe you should buy a vvs stone. Since you're color blind, you might be lucky. Color is more expensive than clarity. it is always harder to find a "mind clean" stone than a eye clean stone. |

Actually, I went with an I VS1. It looks white to me, and I can't see any inclusions. Shay ______________________________My therapist loves me. His name is Brian the Cutter. |

I have a client who can see VS2's consistently with his eyes. This is very good for me, he always has to spend more money to by the VS1 or VVS2's that suit his needs. His wife keeps lobbying for a lower clarity bigger stone, but he can literally see the inclusions at arms length. My vision is good enough that I drive my suppliers batty, but his is truly superlative. Wink Wink Jones |

---------------- Wink, If your client can spot inclusions in a VS stone before looking at it with a loup. He must have superman's vision. it is always harder to find a "mind clean" stone than a eye clean stone. |

I was sure I read that colour is more expensive than clarity before.

---------------- It just depends. There are certain breaks. I don't think there is a hard fast rule. G/VS2 6683/ct H/VS2 5300/ct G/SI 5350/ct H/SI 4900/ct In the end, it's supply & demand. Doesn't make much sense.
