Iceman Ideal Rock Total Posts: 1,374 Last Post: 1/24/2008 Member Since: 8/26/2000	I had a customer upset that the ring we sold him now looks like this ? He said all she does is type at work ? He wanted to know if we mixed white gold in with the platinum to make the ring weak? They think customer service is to belive all their stories and fix the item for free. Anything less then that is a store with poor customer service. Iceman does not play that game
