I am looking at oval diamonds with a color of D or E and was curious how the different grades of fluorescence will effect that sort of diamond. It sounds like only higher levels will cause ill effects, but I want to make sure.

In my experience, (I'm not an expert) faint is fine, medium may look a bit bluish in the sun (I like it), check on strong or more. Make sure the fluorescence is blue and not yellow.

Personally I like medium to strong blue in any colour, but it must be blue as Lawmax says.
