i concur...it sounds like a nice stone...if you don't mind my asking, how much does a stone that size cost?

Without knowing at least crown and pavilion angles you cannot tell anything more certain but 61% depth doesn't mean bad. Contrary, diamond has better spread (look larger for its weight). In fact Flanders cut has smaller total depth than average Radiant.

To be more certain you better take it to independent professional like David Atlas (see the list of independent apprisers) or check it with ideal-scope to see whether the stone doesn't leak too much light (see using ideal-scope for fancies)

Thank you. Is there any way to tell crown & pavilion angles on a Radiant stone without taking it to an independent appraiser? I am new at this

Of course. You can ask your vendor to get Sarin or Ogi report for this stone.

To run a report is a matter of a couple of minutes. However, I would guess you'd like to insure your rock hence you'll need an appraisal anyway...
