I knew to examine everything in the room. A mud is text based, and this is pictorial framework instead but still very enjoyable! win "... You are NOT challenged, I just got really good at finding my way though the most complicated challenges while MUDing (Multi User Dimension). These were very popular during the time the internet first came into it's own. Mostly text based, some were too violent. My own home, http://www.dragonmud.com isn't like that, and yes, it's still operating, quests and all. We have users there who can barely read, (ages about 3...) to children who grew up there (who are now out of college AND grad school, to Professors who are still in the trenches, ages 60-70 and higher. This particular mud started at NAU (Northern ARizona University) moved to UCSD, (University of California, San Diego Campus) and is now hosted by the owner/writer himself. It's been a few years since I've ditched classes to play MUD and apparently I'm too impatient for it now. Got stuck finding the second ring, and have had to use a few hints. Well, I shouldn't have started it late at night and didn't want to go to sleep at 4am without getting OUT of the room! I think I better wait until the weekend to start the Viridian room or I'm going to have panda eyes again!
